The people, the community.The demographics of the area confirm that the majority of the valleys population are living on limited income, in homes built before the 1980s, and in many cases seniors living alone.
Many people that would like to live in the area are thwarted by a lack of real estate inventory as seasonal occupancy has removed much of the year-round housing from the village and surrounding area. The NDAHS are devoted to developing housing for the underserved members of the community:
