The New Denver and Area Housing Society's inaugural project is a 10-unit affordable apartment building. Constructed with the support of government, local groups and numerous individuals, The Osprey was opened in early 2024. The building was transferred to the Slocan Valley Housing Society in 2026. We are proud of the supportive housing that is benefiting the New Denver area and its residents.
